Shapewear. Took to long and

I didn’t get all my items and when I emailed them and called I got a refund 3 months later. The body shaper didn’t fit as a 3x it fit as a log. Very. Uncomfortable

I didn't get all my items in the right size.

I have sent an email with pictures and tried calling and no response. I ordered all of my items in a 2x. But I received a 2x and a large. I was ok with the mistake because it seemed like a simple fix but I haven't received a response for it to be fix. I also have ordered in the past so I trust the business but I was disappointed no one has responded yet.
